Fulfillment Policy

1. Order Processing & Service Delivery

At Blue Horse ELD, we strive to provide seamless order fulfillment for our products and services.

Digital Services & Subscriptions: Once payment is successfully processed, access to our electronic logging device (ELD) services is granted immediately.

Physical Products (if applicable): Orders for hardware devices are processed within 5 business days and shipped via USPS. Customers will receive tracking information once their order has been shipped.


2. Cancellation Policy

Subscription Services: Customers can cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@bluehorseeld.com or (661) 208-3900.

• Cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

Physical Products: Orders for physical products can be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the return policy applies.


3. Refund Policy

Subscription Fees:

• Refunds are available within 15 days of the initial purchase if the service has not been used.

• Partial refunds for unused time are not provided for mid-cycle cancellations.

Physical Products:

• If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

• Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Non-Refundable Fees: One-time activation/setup fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.
